The décor feels dated and tired, which clashes with the fresh mountain air outside. There’s a persistent bad odor near the lifts that dampens the atmosphere. Rooms are cramped, and the bathrooms are so tiny that you might as well be doing acrobatics just to shut the door. Breakfast is limited-where's the hot stuff like eggs? Instead, you get a basic continental spread that runs out of charm quickly. And let's not get started on the ski storage. It's just a shed with no lock, leaving your gear vulnerable. Just don’t expect a five-star experience in any department.

Chur, the location was sweet as, just a short walk to the slopes! But the breakfast spread could've been heaps better and the rooms were a bit dated. Overall a solid stay!

The accessibility of the ski room was laughable. a shed with no security. i felt like a commoner when our double room turned out to be tiny while my friend in a single room had so much more space. i almost considered giving this place a good review, but alas, couldn’t with all this mediocrity.

Great location, just a short walk from the lifts! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a relaxing time with friends, playing games in the lobby and unwinding after skiing. They had a decent breakfast with enough options to get us started each day.
Our room was a bit dated and cramped, which made it hard for all of us to get ready for skiing in the mornings. A little more space would have been nice, but it didn't ruin our overall fun experience.

The location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to the ski lifts and they even had simple but tasty breakfast for us every morning.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain though the price was still acceptable.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the slopes. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a warm and inviting space to rest after a long day outdoors. Great location near the lifts
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Clotes lift, which made it super easy to get to the slopes. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. I was disappointed with the dining options, as the meals felt quite basic and left something to be desired.
